Update on NPN’s LAP program
The Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) is in its fourth month and, with the support of their coaches, the five participants Chien-Chi Huang (Asian Women for Health), Danielle Piskadlo (Women's Money Matters), Joan Ilacqua (The History Project), Jonathan Goldman (Student Clinic for Immigrant Justice) and Samantha Nelson (Boston By Foot) are fully immersed in working on the organizational performance challenges they presented at the outset of the program.
In addition to coaching support, participants have formed an engaged - and engaging- peer group, offering suggestions, resources and support to each other. Nonprofit Net will continue to seek periodic feedback from participants in the pilot LAP program and their thoughts and suggestions will further enhance the LAP experience for this class and any future classes.
